lyrics
Perception 2:
"The chains they break, re-awakening
an awkward fog of complacency
slowly moves in over you to take your will and devotion too
What do you say what do you do?
Will you go outside or stay in your room?
Well the others outside, they go running to hide
Just when the wind had caught your kite
you watched it soar and float on buy
I looked over, it caught my eye,
it was sinking down right next to mine
Why hide your face from the light
with all consideration aside
You have truly portrayed that you've slowly decayed"
Perception 1:
"You can't catch anyone outside during a Blue Season
and you can't quite ever tell when it's passing through
So you put yourself on standby and the true reason
is cause faking a smile is not something you wanna do"
Perception 1:
"Wasn't so easy when you're walking down the street and receiving the separation. Everything you wanted to be and you could've done it seemed. It wasn't so easy to sit back and watch the separation. I really never wanted to lift a hand, so it seems."
Perception 2:
"Looks like all that's left for me when the BLUE has covered everything; broken, scattered, tragedy. You know I need you to get through this and I need you to get through it. Oh, break me from this guillotine and show me who I'm supposed to be. Guide me through accordingly because ya know that.... I need to peruse this and I need YOU to get through it."

Big, clanging psych-rock from this Arizona outfit fuses monk-like vocals with slow-winding guitars for songs that feel like strange hymns. Bandcamp New & Notable May 2, 2016
